| Production method | It is obtained by esterating sodium chrysanthemum and 4-(methoxymethyl) benzyl chloride in a solvent. Preparation of intermediate chrysanthemum acid: Under stirring, glycine is added to hydrogen chloride gas saturated absolute ethanol, heated and refluxed until fully soluble to obtain glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride. In the aqueous solution of sodium nitrite, 2, 5-dimethyl-has -2, 4-diene (prepared by the reaction of acetone and acetylene) is added, the aqueous solution of glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride with pH = 1.0 is added dropwise, the reaction temperature is 18-20 ℃, the diazoethyl acetate is obtained, the precipitated copper catalyst and a small amount of p-cresol are added, and the reflux is released without nitrogen under stirring, and the fraction of 114-121 ℃(3.33kPa) is collected, ethyl chrysanthemum acid was prepared. Saponification with an ethanol solution of sodium hydroxide to remove ethanol is sodium chrysanthemum. Methyl ethrin crude oil is a brown-red transparent liquid with an active ingredient content of ≥ 85.0%. Raw material consumption quota: ethyl chrysanthemum 820kg/t, 4-(methoxymethyl) benzyl chloride 740kg/t. The synthesis of methrin is prepared by the reaction of sodium chrysanthemum with 4-(methoxymethyl) benzyl chloride in a solvent. The operation process is as follows: 10g of ethyl chrysanthemum acid is saponified with sodium hydroxide ethanol solution, ethanol and water are removed, 10mL of polar aprotic solvent, 9g of 4-(methoxymethyl) benzyl chloride and 0.1g of catalyst are added, and the reaction is carried out at 85~90 ℃ for 2h. Cooling, filtration of sodium chloride, decompression distillation, product 12.3g (82%), B. p.190 ℃/666.5Pa, refractive index n20D1.5150. |
